Cancellation & Refund Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your service at the time of treatment. If you cancel, no-show, or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule immediately up to two times without losing your deposit.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file.
Refunds: All sales, deposits, and services are non-refundable. This includes prepaid packages, gift cards, and treatment series. We are committed to achieving optimal results, but outcomes vary based on individual factors outside of our control.
To maintain a healthy environment, we kindly request individuals who are presently ill to refrain from scheduling an appointment. Thank you for understanding.
Please schedule each appointment individually (e.g., filler and Botox) to ensure adequate time for your treatments.

PicoWay® breaks down tattoo ink with advanced laser technology. Most tattoos need 8–12 sessions for best results, spaced 6–8 weeks apart, with little downtime.
Cosmetic tattoos (such as brows) may require fewer sessions, but certain pigments (especially in Fitzpatrick IV and above) can shift in color and may not be fully removable.
~Cosmetic Tattoo (Microblading / PMU) Disclosure: Cosmetic tattoos, including microblading and permanent makeup, often contain pigments (such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, iron oxides, and organic dyes) that behave differently than traditional body tattoo ink. These pigments may respond unpredictably to laser treatment and can be resistant to removal. **Certain colors** — including yellow, white, green, and flesh-toned pigments may not respond to laser treatment at all and may persist despite multiple sessions. In some cases, complete removal may not be achievable without risking permanent skin changes.
